Nick Swaney - Signs AHL deal Swaney signed a one-year contract with AHL Chicago on Friday.

Impact Swaney played in only seven AHL games last season, scoring once and adding an assist. The 26-year-old forward has played in one NHL game in his career, recording three hits in 9:33 of ice time in the Wild's season finale during the 2022-23 campaign.

Impact Boyd's participation in the summer league, which features several NHL stars, should be a good indication that his pectoral injury is behind him. After logging just 16 games with the Coyotes last season, the Minnesota native signed a one-year, two-way deal with the Wild this offseason. If he can secure his place on the Opening Night roster, Boyd should be capable of getting back over the 30-point threshold, a mark he hit in his first two seasons in Arizona.
