Jackson Chourio - Swats 15th homerChourio went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, an additional run and a double Thursday in a 6-4 win against the Dodgers.
ImpactChourio helped Milwaukee get off to a fast start with his two-run blast off Jack Flaherty in the first inning. The long ball was the rookie outfielder's 15th of the season, and with 16 thefts on the campaign, he's one of 14 big-leaguers to reach the 15-15 mark thus far. Chourio is also slashing a solid .274/.320/.441 with 53 RBI and 58 runs through 108 contests.

Brice Turang - Swipes two bags ThursdayTurang went 2-for-3 with a double, a walk, a run and two stolen bases in a 6-4 win over the Dodgers on Thursday.
ImpactTurang began the bottom of the first inning with a double and subsequently crossed the plate on Jackson Chourio's two-run homer. That wasn't the end of Turang's production, as he reached base two more times and stole a base in each instance. The second baseman began August in a 5-for-35 funk, but he's gone 3-for-5 with two walks and three thefts over his past two contests. His two swipes Thursday moved him back into second place in the majors with 36 steals on the campaign.

Daniel Hudson - Falters in eighth frame ThursdayHudson (6-2) blew a save and took the loss against the Brewers on Thursday, allowing three runs on three hits and one walk over two-thirds of an inning.
ImpactLos Angeles carried a one-run lead into the eighth inning, and manager Dave Roberts turned to Hudson -- who had six saves over his previous 12 outings entering Thursday -- to face the heart of Milwaukee's order. The strategy didn't pay off, as Hudson was tagged for three runs on a double, two singles and a walk. Though the righty reliever has been excellent overall this season, he's given up at least one earned run in three of his past four appearances. Despite his deployment in the eighth frame Thursday, Hudson is likely to still see some save chances moving forward; however, Roberts has gone with more of a committee approach in recent weeks, so Hudson may not get the same volume of save opportunities as the league's more locked-in closers.

Devin Williams - Records another saveWilliams earned a save against the Dodgers on Thursday, striking out two batters in a perfect ninth inning.
ImpactWilliams was called upon to close the door on the Dodgers for the second straight day, and he again succeeded in impressive fashion. On Wednesday, he retired Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman in order, and he bested Ohtani and Betts -- both on strikeouts -- again Thursday. Williams has been as brilliant as ever since returning from a back injury July 28, recording three saves while allowing just one run and posting an 11:1 K:BB over six innings spanning six appearances.

Jack Flaherty - Fans seven in no-decisionFlaherty allowed three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out seven batters over five innings in a no-decision against Milwaukee on Thursday.
ImpactFlaherty served up two homers resulting in three runs during the first frame as the Brewers jumped out to an early lead. The right-hander was able to settle down from there and didn't let any more runs cross the plate, averting what initially seemed like a potential blowup outing. Flaherty once again had his swing-and-miss stuff working, as he racked up 15 swinging strikes and seven punchouts -- marks he's reached in each of his three starts with the Dodgers so far. The veteran hurler has an impressive 24:4 K:BB over 16.2 innings during that span.
