Joins active roster The Jets activated Bernard-Converse (foot) from the reserve/PUP list Tuesday, Ethan Greenberg of the team's official site reports.
Impact Bernard-Converse was placed on the team's reserve/PUP list on July 19 after sustaining a foot injury and missed the team's training camp. He was taken by the Jets in the sixth round of the 2023 draft after registering 45 tackles (30 solo) and two interceptions in his final season at LSU. He could see some significant playing time in the Jets' secondary right off the bat with injuries to Sauce Gardner (concussion), D.J. Reed (concussion) and Brandin Echols (hamstring).
